Conflict is Opportunity

I have some clients come to me who seem to have their life pretty well actuated — wife, kids, stable job, and what they see as healthy relationships with others; however, one thing that has cropped up many times is the tendency to be conflict avoidant.

Conflict avoidance is deeply ingrained in a lot of us.

It’s often seen as a prerequisite for polite society, and while it has its place, it can be HUGE disservice to not only yourself…

but also the COLLECTIVE CREATIVE PRINCIPLE WE ALL ENGAGE IN. (More on this in another newsletter)

Conflict is opportunity, think about it like this:

The patterns present in the world are FRACTAL, meaning that no matter the scale or situation, the same cause and effect can be observed.

It is well known that war is the greatest of all engines for technological advancement.

Now on a fractal level, the same is true in the individual, between two individuals, and within a group of individuals.

The opportunity for creation and overcoming obstacles finds its nexus point in conflict - providing the individuals can perceive it that way!

Conflict should not be avoided, it should be utilised!

What makes a really successful CEO is his ability to hold the energetic field of any given situation and maintain its equilibrium, especially during conflict. If you can do this internally, if you have mastery over your own emotional stability, you can develop this power externally, too.

Learn this and watch how you can harness those moments of conflict and transmute them into opportunities and breakthroughs!
