The Ancient Trick Fear Uses Against You
End Anxiety, Stress and Depression
Hey Lifemaxxer,
There’s a voice in you that doesn’t belong to you.
It shows up as doubt.
As tension and intense pressure.
As panic right before you’re about to take action.
It says:
“Don’t try that.”
“You’re not ready.”
“Something bad will happen.”
You think that’s fear.
You think that’s you being cautious, sensible, human.
But what if it’s not?
What if fear is a food source?
Carlos Castaneda once said we were gifted a mind.
Not from God. Not from nature.
But from a predator.
A parasite.
An ancient consciousness.
One that keeps you buzzing with just enough anxiety to stay exhausted but not enough to break free.
Wild, right?
But look at your life.
Look at how quickly your nervous system spirals.
How hard it is to stay calm in your own body.
How often your thoughts feel like they were written by someone who doesn’t even like you.
That’s not your soul.
That’s not your field.
That’s static, injected by something that survives on your disharmony.
So what do you do?
You don’t outrun fear.
You don’t fight it with fake positivity.
You shift it.
Fear is just energy.
And energy can be redirected.
Instead of letting fear stop you,
Use it as fuel to move forward, not to retreat.
This is the moment you choose:
Do I act from fear of failing?
Or from faith that something real is waiting for me on the other side?
That’s how you stop feeding the predator.
You don’t wait to feel brave.
You take one clear step, while it’s still whispering.
You move with faith, and fear loses its grip.
And on the days when fear hums a little louder,
I wear a piece that helps me stay sharp.
It amplifies the part of me that remembers:
the calm, the clarity, the signal beneath the noise.
It might do the same for you.
Wear it, and let it sharpen the part of you that moves past fear.
Stay vital,
Orpheus
